The Book of Hebrews explains in such comprehensive and wonderful terms the fullness of redemption that Christ worked out for us in His death and resurrection. The writer of Hebrews closes his teaching with such an awesome, yet sacred, phrase:
And now may the God of Peace equip you with all you need for doing His will. May He produce in you all that is pleasing to Him. (Hebrews 13:20-21)
We see that the fullness of salvation revealed in the accomplished work and person Jesus Christ is consummated in this one great promise that God Himself will equip us to do and become what is pleasing in His sight.
As Christians we discover our true meaning, purpose, and worth are only realized when living in right relationship with our Creator.
Our purpose and goal at Northeast Institute of Biblical and Theological Studies is to help the students to be fully equipped to do God’s will and to become all that is pleasing to Him.
This two-fold promise brings man into the complete fulfillment of God’s purpose for our lives. May we experience the fullness of God in our lives, that we will be well-pleasing to Him.
Sincerely,
